Over-55 Housing Allocations in Tenby
I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding social housing allocations in Tenby. Please provide the information for the period 1 April 2020 to the present, broken down by financial year where possible. 1. How many social housing properties suitable for or restricted to applicants aged 55 and over in Tenby have been allocated during this period? Please include, where applicable, sheltered/older-person accommodation, bungalows, ground-floor accommodation and accessible/adapted properties. 2. For these allocations, please provide: o the priority band/status of the successful applicants; and o their waiting time on the housing register before allocation, preferably grouped as: under 1 year, 1-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-6 years and 6+ years. 3. How many of the successful applicants were Gold Band with an assessed medical, mobility or disability-related housing need at the time of allocation? 4. Of the successful applicants, how many were living outside Pembrokeshire when they joined the housing register? Of these, please state how many: o qualified through a recognised local connection to Pembrokeshire/Tenby; and o qualified through an exception or other provision rather than the normal local-connection criteria. 5. Currently, how many applicants aged 55 or over are Gold Band with an assessed medical, mobility or disability-related housing need and are waiting for/eligible for suitable accommodation in Tenby? Of these, how many have been on the housing register for six years or more?
