For each of the past five financial years, please provide the number of Closure Orders obtained by the Council under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 in relation to premises involved in the sale, storage, or distribution of illegal tobacco products. If no such Closure Orders were obtained during a particular year, please confirm this. For the avoidance of doubt, by 'illegal tobacco products' I mean tobacco products that are illicit, counterfeit, smuggled, non-UK duty paid, or otherwise non-compliant with UK law. If the costs of processing this request exceed the limits provided for by the Act, please advise on what information you are able to supply within the cost limit.
