Disused coal tips
I'm emailing under the both the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 Act and the Freedom of Information Act with a request for information. Please can you tell me: 1. How many instability events (landslips, slope failures, debris flows, washouts, drainage failures, or other reportable incidents) have you recorded, affecting disused coal tips (category C and D only) in your area since 1 January 2020? Please provide a number for each year. 2. How many inspections of disused coal tips in your area (category C and D only) have you carried out since 1 January 2020? Please give a number for each year. 3. How many enforcement notices (or other demands for action) have you issued to landowners in this same time period, relating to the safety of disused coal tips (category C and D only)? 4. Can you tell me how many of these enforcement notices or demands for action have been adequately responded to, so that the safety issues have been resolved? Please again group by year.
