Please provide the locations of the Disabled Resident Parking Bays currently scheduled for removal, discontinuation or conversion. I am not requesting any personal information about the residents who use these bays. 5. What is the planned timescale for removing, discontinuing or converting these bays? 6. Please provide any recorded information, reports, assessments, policies, correspondence, meeting minutes, decision documents or other documents setting out the reasons for the Council's decision to remove or discontinue the existing Disabled Resident Parking Bays. 7. Please provide the recorded information setting out the legal or other basis relied upon by the Council for removing or discontinuing these bays. 8. If the Council has decided that any existing Disabled Resident Parking Bays will remain in their current form after 30 September 2026, please provide: - the number of bays that will remain; - their locations; and - the criteria or reasoning used to determine which bays would remain. 9. If the Council has decided not to remove or discontinue any particular existing bays, please provide the recorded reasons for that decision. 10. Please provide any recorded information showing whether the Council has assessed the impact of removing or discontinuing these bays on the disabled residents currently relying upon them. 11. Please provide any recorded information, correspondence, reports or decision documents relating to any change in the Council's position since it previously advised that existing Disabled Resident Parking Bays would be removed or converted after 30 September 2026. 12. Please provide any current policy, guidance or other document setting out what will happen to existing Disabled Resident Parking Bays following 30 September 2026.
