1. Do you have a specialist programme/team of carers that provide short breaks to the families or children with disabilities. 2. If so, what are the current: - Hourly rates for day care (if broken down by child's age please provide all) - Overnight rates and please specify if these are for any 12-24 hour period or if paid on top of a different daily rate. 3. If foster carers provide respite for LAC children with disabilities (for clarification these are children that are currently LAC and supported by a children with disabilities social work team whether for physical or learning disabilities). This is different from children identified as having social, emotional/behavioural needs that may not be under a disabilities team but maybe under a team such as Myst. Can you please provide: - Hourly rates (if broken down my child's age please provide all rates). -Overnight 12-24 rates (again please clarify if this is a basic rate or if a different rate is paid overnight to the daytime care). 4. If neither a specialist team of carers or different rates for foster carers, please can you clarify if foster carers who do provide this care get enhanced rates matching what the full time carer would currently receive. I.e on a case by case basis if a full time carer receives enhanced rates, would the respite carer receive equal enhancements for the period of care?
