Emergency Plans for Radiation Emergencies in Ports

Under UK EIR legislation I submit the following request for information: REPPIR 2019 legislation requires that Local Authorities must draw up Emergency Plans for responding to radiation emergencies at any port within their jurisdiction likely to receive radioactive cargo and/or designated as Places of Safe Refuge for vessels carrying radioactive materials And states that Port and Local Authorities " must make an assessment to consider and evaluate a full range of possible consequences of radiation emergencies", identify Emergency Planning Zones and carry out Test/Review exercises Please confirm that PCC has drawn up the relevant plans and assessments and carried out the relevant test/review exercises Please provide copies of the PCC Radiation Emergency plan Please provide summary details of recent test/review exercises
