I have a few additional questions. Has there been an inspection since 2015? When was the last inspection? Do you have to receive a complaint before initiating an inspection - surely this is part of your duty of care? Please tell me how many alleged residency complaints PCC has received relating to lodges within the National Park boundary, when they occurred and what PCC did with these complaints. In the 2015 investigation describe the procedure PCC followed which led to the conclusion that there was no breach of the planning condition.
